Matt is Vice President and a Partner at The Mullings Group with nearly two decades experience building innovative medical device companies around the globe. He is a true partner with his clients working alongside them every step of the way. He enjoys striving closely with individuals to see them achieve their career aspirations.

With a passion for the industry, Matt is a proud member of MedTech Women and partners with several organizations internationally. He is also the host of The Family Business Podcast where we discuss how family and careers intertwine.

Matt earned his Bachelors of Finance from the University of Florida, an MBA in E-Commerce from Florida Atlantic University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University.
