Michael Allport

Michael is a Director at The Mullings Group and helps to lead our Newcastle office and team. Michael's ability to think strategically, and his immense work ethic, complement his passion for delivering best-in-class service for talent access at the individual and company level.

Michael spent over 4 years in the British Armed Forces, working in Military Intelligence, with a special focus on Electronic Communications. As an Operator in Military Intelligence, he collected and analyzed data and information necessary for decisions to be made by Battle Group Commanders, rising to the rank of Lance Corporal.

Prior to joining TMG, Michael was a recruiter in MedTech/HealthTech, which further sparked his passion for the industry and equipped him with market subject-matter expertise.
