Tom Farr

Tom is an Executive Search Consultant at The Mullings Group. He takes a consultative and analytical approach to searches working closely with clients to identify specific needs in growing their organization.

A graduate of Northumbria University with a BSc in Geography, Tom has a background in hospitality prior to his 5 years of Executive search experience.

Having had exposure working within high-scale environments as well as closely with start-ups and Engineering firms, this allows him to understand how our clients drive their business operations and technology development within the MedTech/HealthTech industry.

Tom prides himself on pinpointing applicable skill sets in individuals to fit the needs of our partnering companies.
